You'll work alongside Dr. Bond and our team to deliver exceptional clinical care while helping create a seamless, welcoming patient experience. Your day may include: Assisting Dr. Bond with orthodontic procedures and adjustments Placing brackets, changing wires, and assisting with orthodontic appliances Supporting aligner appointments and bonding attachments Taking digital scans, X-rays, and clinical photographs Educating patients on orthodontic care and oral hygiene Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining excellent sterilization standards Anticipating the needs of the doctor and team to keep the day running smoothly Contributing ideas to improve our clinical systems and patient experience Qualities we are looking for in a team member: Experienced.
