Our ideal candidate: Has prior dental assisting experience and is comfortable working in a busy dental environment. Holds a current Indiana dental radiology license. Puts patients first. What You'll Do Provide efficient, attentive chairside assistance to our dental providers. Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and equipment. Anticipate clinical needs and help ensure procedures run smoothly. Support patient flow and help keep the schedule on track. Provide compassionate patient interaction and education. Work collaboratively with the entire team to deliver excellent patient care and maintain an organized, productive office. What Makes Our Franklin Office Special?
