Job Description Seeking an enthusiastic, cheerful orthodontic assistant Monday-Thursday 7:45-5:00 at our premier orthodontic practice. Blue Sky Orthodontics is a busy, growing practice that values our orthodontic team. Applicant must be dependable, self-motivated, willing to take direction and have excellent communication skills. Experience in orthodontics is preferred, however, we will train the right person. Responsibilities for Orthodontics Assistant: Orthodontic chairside assisting Able to take digital images Taking scans and impressions for diagnostic records Make orthodontic appliances Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Maintain strict compliance with infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPAA Perform other related job duties as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 â 35.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule On-the-job training Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Experience: Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
