Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our mindful team.

Who We Are
Mindfulness Dental is the place where we treat oral health in connection with the whole body.
We seek integration at deepest levels of being in direct relation to the mental , emotional and behavioral features of each patient.

Who We're Looking For
A person who’s going to give a mindful warming welcoming to the clinic. A person who will be able to notice emotions that come and go without judgement and able to make the patients feel calm, safe and happy to be there.

Responsibilities

- answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verify insurances and send the billing accordingly, team player that if we need help in the back or anything in the clinic the person will be able to help.
