Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a FUN and energetic Lead RDA that has a desire to grow with our ortho practice. Candidates must be professional, outgoing, well-organized, reliable, team-oriented and must absolutely love working with kids! Other responsibilities include ordering, keeping the maintenance log up to date, compliance, oversee back office team to ensure coverage, approving time off etc.

Responsibilities:
- Patient care
Reviewing patient charts
Set-up rooms and trays for procedures
Seating patient and preparing patient for treatment
Assisting doctor during any procedures
Providing patient education and post-op instruction
Warm hand off of patient to front desk
Coronal polishing with specialized certification
Sealant placement with specialized certification
Taking radiographs
Following infection control procedures
Performing sterilization for all handpieces and instruments
Sterilizing treatment room after use
Stocking treatment rooms with supplies - Itero scans
Pouring and trimming models
Lab work
Ordering supplies
Equipment maintenance and monitoring (daily/weekly/monthly)
Assist other team members
Tell patients/parents that the practice always welcomes new patients
Promote the practice as appropriate outside of the office
