Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Small, well established dental practice. Traditional approach, single column for dentist and hygienist. Patient focused and individually tailored care for our valued patients.

Dedicated professional who is able to multi-task while keeping all the "all the pages in order". Must be able to project confidence and professionalism.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Greet patients
- Answer phone
- Enter patient data into management software (Dentrix)
- Use established protocol for financial arrangements and collections
- Accept patient payments
- Enter payments into patient accounts
- Submit insurance claims and process payments

at least 5 years of experience
