Shine Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned practice in Glendale AZ. We are a fast-paced, engaging and fun office. Our practice was established in 2011 with the goal to provide the best patient care possible, while creating a fun and friendly environment for our patients and their families. Here at Shine, we want every patient to leave our office happy and excited for their next visit.

Who We're Looking For
We are in search of an honest, calming, fun person to join our back office team! Our dental assistants are cross trained in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, making for a well rounded and knowledgeable team. If you enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced environment and you love interacting with children, we would love to meet with you!

Responsibilities

Assist doctors in a clinical setting
Clean, sterilize and organize instruments
3D scans, traditional brackets, clear brackets, Invisalign
Prepare operatories for dental treatment, including sedation
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations
Work as part of a team to provide the best patient care possible
