Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Administrator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a private General Dental practice located in Northwest Houston, dedicated to providing our patients extraordinary service and quality dental care. We are looking for a out-going and enthusiastic person with exceptional customer skills to join our great team.
Who We're Looking For
-MUST be Bilingual in Spanish
-OUTGOING & FRIENDLY
-familiarity with Dentrix a plus!
-excellent phone skills
-ability to multi-task
-at least 1 year of dental office experience
Responsibilities
Duties include: Scheduling appointments, Answering phones, Listening to Patients, Providing Exceptional Care, Managing the Schedule, Internal and External Marketing, Treatment Plan Presentation, and Addressing Patient Concerns ranging from Dental Treatments to Insurance Coverage.
