Who We're Looking For

A back lead dental assistant preferably who has practiced a min. of 5 years and has their RDA...we are looking for a team player with excellent bedside manners.  Someone who has the ability to push the doctor along and have great time management skills.  

Responsibilities

• Prepare Tx rooms, procedures and protocols.
• welcome all patients, comforting , seating and draping patients for dental care
• provide information to patients and answer questions to the best of your ability.  
• take intraoral impressions and pour up in stone.
• selecting materials used for dental procedures 
• assist dentist during exam and treatment 
• disinfect rooms and sterilize instruments.
• charting patient records 
• maintain patient confidence and protect operations in keeping information confidential 
• maintain clean and safe working environment 
• maintain inventories and call for repairs 
• put supplies away and verify receipt of charges 
• make temps and place temps on selected teeth 
• assist with other duties 
• maintain regular predictable attendance
