What We Are Looking For:

Our office is searching for a Dental Assistant to perform laboratory procedures using a variety of equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will constantly seek to improve their skills by attending educational conferences and reviewing new information from industry publications. The Dental Assistant will work with our office's administrative staff to schedule patients, help maintain treatment records and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Take x-rays of patients.
• Assist in dental cleaning procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize surgical items.
• Assist in the placement of dental fillings and crowns.
• Assist in surgical procedures, such as extractions.
• Assist in charting and noting on EagleSoft software.
• Assess the health of patients' teeth and gums.
• Take pictures and videos of patient's teeth.
• Be familiar with oral anatomy and diseases and conditions that affect the mouth.

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: $19 - $23 per hour
