Dental Assistant needed for Orthodontic Specialty practice

Orthodontic clinical dental assistant wanted.

An orthodontic specialty practice in the Brentwood area of West Los Angeles is looking to hire someone to fulfill a position as a clincial dental assistant staff member.  The primary duties will be to set-up clinical workstations, seat and check patients, sterilize instruments, take and pour dental impressions, instruct patients the care of orthodontic appliances, and assist the doctor with clinical procedures.

Previous dental clinical experience is preferred.  Previous orthodontic office experience is helpful, but not a prerequisite.  The important attributes that we are looking for are:  dependability, pleasant personality, adaptability, organized and creative thinking, multi-tasking abilities, good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.

This position is for full-time employment (Mondays through Thursdays), hopefully leading to long-term employment.  Wages will be dependent on skill level and experience.
