A tranquil, spa-like, boutique private dental practice in North Scottsdale is looking to hire an
experienced Dental Assistant to help us keep growing. As a regional leader in cutting-edge dentistry, we

As part of our team, and the “Dentist’s Right Hand”, you provide critical support to all clinical aspects of
the business, helping us give the absolute best in quality care to each of our patients. We are focused on
specialized intimate care and run only one column. You will help manage all clinical aspects of our small,
boutique, spa-inspired private practice. As the Dental Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work
with cutting-edge technology, while enjoying beautiful desert and mountain views. You will be working
closely with the only dentist in the practice to facilitate the best patient care and create the best patient

The ideal candidate should have several years of experience in the dental field, as well as demonstrable
organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.
Our office is fee-for-service only, which allows us to focus on creating the best patient experience
possible. The office is generally open to patients four days a week, Monday through Thursday, while
Fridays are reserved for administrative and marketing activity.

Dental Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and greet patients make them comfortable, preparing them for dental procedures Responsible for patient care and procedure preparations
Help clinic manage and keep records up to date under the guidance of the clinician
Provide pre- and post-operative instructions for patients
Assist clinician during treatment/procedures, as needed
Clean and sterilize instruments, implement standard decontamination procedures
Mount and file dental X-rays
Maintain and re-stock dental supplies, as needed
Perform routine care and maintenance of dental equipment and instruments, as needed
Help manage dental appointments, as needed
General communication with patients and suppliers
Manage lab cases and other vendor orders
