Hygienist (Part-time)

We are a fast growing, privately owned general dental office in north Orange County seeking a talented and enthusiastic RDH to join our dental team. We are a family practice looking for a hygienist that will care for our patients and provide education to their unique individual needs and provide the highest quality of care. We value quality and relationships over quantity of dentistry. We believe that loving and caring for our patients and each other is central to what our mission is as a dental family.

Job duties include:

Performing hygiene clinical procedures, including but not limited to prophys, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, fluoride, oral cancer screenings and taking diagnostic quality digital images.

Communicating with doctors where there are opportunities in educating patients on their oral healthcare needs including periodontal and restorative needs.

Partnering with team members to assist in ensuring patients have an incredible experience.

Utilizing proper sterilization techniques.

Being able to write clinical notes (template is available)

Reappointing patients for their next hygiene visit.

We are looking for a part-time hygienist to work Mondays, Thursdays and every other Friday with an opportunity to work more as replacements for time off are needed.

Software Experience (preferred but not required):

Eaglesoft
