Dental Receptionist / Front Desk needed in our dental office

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Personal/ Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team. We are seeking to fill our open position immediatley.

Who We Are

We are a general dental office located in the North Phoenix area. Although we are a general dental office, we offer many in house specilaty appointments for our patients conveinence. We are currently seeking front office personal to assist with day to day opperations. We have both a full time or part time postion availiable. We are considerate of our applicants schedules and are flexable with this position. We are a family oriented private office, many of our employees have been with us for over 16 years. We have been servicing the community for over 20 years. We strive to provide everyone with fair and immaculatant dental care. Our core belief is treating all patients, regardless of economic status with the highest quality care.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a team player. The candidate should posses exceptional communication skills both with fellow coworks and with patients. The candidate we are seeking should be reliable and commited to work schedules arranged at the time of hire. Again, our office is considerate of employee schedules and are flexible. We would like our candidate to have an over all pleasant and positive demenor as they are primary and first contact with patients.

Experience:

• At least 1-3 years of front office experience
• At least 1 year of proficent computer typing skills
• Spanish Speaking prefer but not required

• Anserwing phone calls
• Scheduling patients
• Accounting
• Insurance verification
• Treatment planning
• Treatment case presentation
• Aging reports
• Collections
• Managing payment plans
• Other adminsitative obligations
