Who We Are
Synergy Periodontics and Implants in Gilbert is a family owned non-corporate Periodontal office providing full scope surgical and IV sedation services. Our services range from traditional periodontal surgeries (soft tissue grafts, pocket reduction surgeries) to complex bone grafting including block grafts, lateral window sinus elevations, All on "X " procedures, canine uncoveries, wisdom teeth removal, biopsies, PRF etc, most of which are done under IV sedation. Our goal is to provide personalized patient care with outstanding results.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an intelligent, articulate, outgoing, confident, professionally presenting team player with at least 1 year of dental experience. Surgical assisting experience is an asset, though not required. We will train the right individual who is willing to learn. The ideal candidate would be meticulous with attention to detail, be willing to accept new challanges and be a quick learner. We use Open Dental as our patient management software so knowledge of Dentrix is required. Must be able to take good quality radiographs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all surgeries and sedations
- Input chart notes
- Letters to referring offices
- Chart audits and med consults
- Full mouth radiographs and/or CBCT as needed
- Inventory management for implants, bone grafts, membranes etc
- Quality control assurance for CBCT
- Confidently provide pre and post-surgical instructions
- Laision with various vendors and referring offices
- Sterilization
