Lead Dental Assistant

We are a high quality, busy practice in Phoenix looking to add a dependable, high potential Full Time Lead Dental Assistant to our team. We like to do the right things the right way and have a good time doing them.

Candidates should have graduated from a dental assisting school and be X-Ray and coronal polish certified. Bilingual is desired .

Our ideal candidate is an experienced DA who is confident with a strong skill yet and open to professional growth and learning.

We're looking for someone with the following qualities:

- Ability to lead and manage the back office.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Sound clinical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to engage and interact well with patients.

- Practice management software competence - Dentrix is a plus.

- Cooperative, able to work well with others.

- Good problem solving skills.
