Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-time) - Innovative Dentistry of Fall Creek - Humble, TX

Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Take and develop dental x-rays- Conduct oral cancer screenings- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation as permited- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide oral health instructions- Assist the dentist during dental procedures as needed- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Skills:
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and systems- Ability to take and interpret vital signs- Experience in dental hygiene techniques- Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning- Familiarity with dental office procedures and protocols- Knowledge of infection control practices and sterilization techniques- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software
