Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence and comfortable taking initiative in patient communication, education, and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, periodontal charting, and oral health assessments

Provide clear and thorough patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term oral health outcomes

Establish professional rapport with patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and cared for

Identify areas of clinical concern and communicate findings effectively to the doctor

Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient records

Collaborate with the doctor and team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care

Support a clean, organized, and detail-oriented clinical environment

Reinforce treatment recommendations and help patients understand the value of oral wellness

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in the State of Texas

Strong clinical judgment and meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
