Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Dental Scheduler, must be proactive, fast learner, have good critical thinking skills

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish IS A MUST!!! ** IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH PLEASE DO NOT APPLY THANK YOU!
• Courteous to patients
• Fast learner
• Be able to schedule at 8-10patients per day
• Team player
• Creative and comes up with own ideas on how to improve office
• If schedule is falling apart must have plan b as how to fill gaps
• Excellent in retaining patients and aiming to prevent patients from canceling their appointments
