Full Time Sterilization Tech / Dental Assistant - Bell Dental Arts - Tucson, AZ

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with knowledge in proper sterilization procedures to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist with various procedures and provide quality care to our patients as well as keeping our sterilization centers going to ensure patient flow throughout the entire office.
Responsibilities:- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Laundry duties
- Keeping the office cleaned throughout the day- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing them instruments- Take and develop dental X-rays- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Maintain accurate patient records- Schedule appointments and manage dental reception duties- Perform basic dental assisting tasks
Experience:- Prior experience in Dental Assisting for general dentistry- Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus- Familiarity with proper sterilization techniques according to OSHA standards- Proficiency in assisting with various dental procedures
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Must be X ray certified and reliable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
