This role requires someone comfortable with reviewing financing options and handling patient collections while ensuring a seamless patient experience. Office Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service Keep hygiene and dentist schedules efficiently booked Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area Make outbound calls to confirm appointments Assist with light office upkeep (laundry, trash, restocking supplies, etc.) If you’re a motivated, customer-focused professional looking for a long-term career with growth potential, we’d love to hear from you!
