The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Take and record vital signs as part of the patient assessment process.
Assist dentists by recommending restorative and cosmetic treatments which will benefit patients dental and overall health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping.
Provide care for pediatric and general dentistry patients, adapting techniques as necessary to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow within the dental clinic.
Profecient in the use of Arestin, soft tissue laser and other beneficial services.

Skills

Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures.
Experience working in a dental office or clinic environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
