Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Spring, TX
We are a 2 Location Private Practice Called Happy Sapiens Dental. The Location addresses are 26219 I-45 North, The Woodlands, TX 77380 and the other location is at 32030 Decker Prairie Road, Pinehurst, TX, 77362. We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish front desk personnel. Current Vacancy is at the Woodlands office in zip code 77380. Job Involves:
Scheduling appointments, Phones.
Collecting money, Cash, Credit cards.
Insurance Verification, Checking dental procedures history, assignment of patients to the office.
Presenting Treatment Estimations, Getting patient signatures on forms.
Participate in conversations with the Billing Team.
Requirements:
Experience in dentistry is helpful.
May have to travel between the locations to cover for other team members.
Please make sure to calculate travel time to both locations from your home.
Generally we would like to station the person in one location.
Should be good at basic math including percentage calculations.
