Duties and Responsibilities

Dental Billing Experience is a required. ( Please do not apply if you don't have any Dental billing experience )
In-depth knowledge of the claim denial process for all PPO and Medicaicd insurance
Submit electronic and manual claims
Have a complete understanding of PPO insurance and help patients understand how insurance works for the patient
Ability to navigate through insurance portals to locate member EOB's and eligibility
Enter insurance payments and explanation of benefits into patient charts
Collect insurance checks from patients - Monitor insruance aging report
Send patient statements in cases that are warranted

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,783.00 - $52,815.00 per year
