Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting the doctor during procedures, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining a clean and efficient clinical environment. Your ability to create a warm and reassuring atmosphere for patients will be essential in providing the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:

Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control protocols.
Take and process digital X-rays as needed.
Provide clear instructions and support to patients before, during, and after treatment.
Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
Follow OSHA and HIPAA regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless patient care and scheduling.
Educate patients on post-treatment care.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California (Required).
X-ray certification (Required).
CPR certification (Preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a dental assistant (endodontic experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols.
Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player.
