Job Overview:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage phone system, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office
Provide an excellent patient experience and contribute to a cohesive office culture
