Regen Smile Studio is a modern, high-end boutique dental office opening soon, and we’re looking for an experienced, friendly, and highly skilled Front Office Receptionist!
Who You Are:
✔ Outgoing & welcoming – You create a great first impression and make patients excited about their visit.✔ Experienced & reliable – Minimum 1 year in a dental office with a strong understanding of front office duties.✔ Problem solver – Can handle scheduling changes, insurance issues, and the occasional upset patient with professionalism and care.✔ Detail-oriented & organized – You keep things running smoothly while delivering top-notch patient service.
Your Role:

Greet and check in patients, making their experience seamless and welcoming
Answer phones, schedule, and reschedule appointments
Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and enter EOBs
Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements

Hours & Pay:
Expected Work Week:

Wednesday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM

Salary: $20-$26/hr (based on experience)
