Dental Assistant needed in our dental office

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team! If you are a motivated self-starter with an excellent work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

This opportunity has monthly bonus opportunities as well.

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and make them feel comfortable
• Assist dentists during procedure
• Take x-rays and impressions
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean environment
• Supply monitoring
• Lab case monitoring
• Daily, weekly, and monthly logs
• Prescription calling
• Provide post-operative instructions to patients
• Document clinical notes precisely, logically, and concisely
• Complete additional task as requested or assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience at a dental practice
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED, or a certification from a dental college is advantageous
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or other Dental Practice Management Software
• HepB, 8-Hour Infection Control Certification, California x-ray license, and CPR/BLS certification
