Must have prior dental experience with patient support/follow-ups, dental insurance, financial treatment planning, and general office duties in a busy dental practice. *Responsibilities*
- Provide top notch customer service with a smile and “can do” attitude through phone and in-person interactions
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Verify insurance and present treatment plans to patients
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in dental office front desk duties is a must
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
