Experienced Dental Front Office Manager - Lewis Dental and Associates - Dallas, TX

Overview:
We are seeking a Front Office Dental l Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and ensure exceptional guest experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front office activities, including guest check-in/check-out,- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to provide outstanding patient service- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk- Knowledgeable and experienced in all phase of dental insurances- detailed oriented, dedicated and at least 10 years of experience- RDA a plus- Looking to hire immediately
Requirements:
-Must know all phases of dental insurance billing, collection, and verification.- Must know how to use Open Dental- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems- Must be bilingual (Spanish)- Must be able to work Independently
