Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage front office flow with warmth and efficiency
Schedule appointments and maintain a productive, on-time schedule
Help patients understand their treatment solutions, insurance benefits, and financial options
Collaborate with clinical and hygiene teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
Support case acceptance with your knowledge and confident communication

Experience We Value:

Dental front office or clinical background
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures (restorative, cosmetic, Invisalign, etc.)
Experience with dental software (Dentrix, or similar)
A passion for learning, growing, and making a difference in people’s lives
