Responsibilities:- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and contact details- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Assist with billing and payment processing- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about dental procedures and treatments
-Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
