Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional dental services while ensuring compliance with medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including performing root canal therapy and prosthodontics.
Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring informed consent is obtained.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient management, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Oversee dental fabrication processes, ensuring high-quality results for prosthetics and other dental appliances.
Provide education to patients regarding oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with dental terminology, medical records management, and patient care protocols is essential.
Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

Pay: $216,870.00 - $236,400.00 per year
