Dental Administrator - Harry Albers DDS & Associates - Santa Rosa, CA

Seeking an experienced Dental Administrator to join our state of the art private practice. We are looking for a positive person who is detail-oriented and can multi task with great energy.Duties & Responsibilities :- Prepare treatment plan folders, discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
- All aspects of dental Insurance input, claim creation, posting insurance and private payments. Banking deposits with scanner. End of day transaction balancing.- Monitor each patient's progress to ensure completion of dental treatment plan and report patient status to doctor as well as enter and track patient treatment plans in computer system. Track each providers production. Track New patients.- Be knowledgeable in various insurance plans, exclusions and limitations.- Ensure that all forms for acceptance (predeterminations to third parties benefit providers) have been submitted and patients have been notified of status and their financial responsibilities. - Manage consultation reports and progress.- The ability to complete all tasks and duties assigned to front office personnel.- Actively participate as a contributing member of the office team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals. - Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of dentrix reports needed to maintain Accounts aging, insurance aging, and collection accounts.Qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years experience in General Dentistry . Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Dentrix G5 or higher - Specialties experience with Perio, Endo and Invisalign a plus.-Knowledge of dental terminology, dental procedure codes, and progression of treatment.We are a fun fast paced office that offers a competitive salary and benefits.Our experience has shown us that having back office experience makes for a great Treatment Coordinator.
