Evosmile Dental Practice is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established, patient-centered practice in San Rafael. This is a long-term, part-time/full time opportunity for a hygienist who values clinical excellence, autonomy, and a respectful work environment.
Dr. Ochev is well known in the Marin community for integrity and ethical dentistry. Our practice prioritizes quality care, appropriate appointment times, and team stability — most of our staff has been with us 5+ years. We believe in giving you the time and tools you need to treat patients properly, no accelerated hygiene or corporate quotas.

Qualifications
• Active California RDH license
• Strong experience in preventive care and periodontal maintenance
• Confident patient education and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
