We are a general practice located in Mountain View, CA with great patients. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (no weekends).

We are searching for a committed and friendly dental hygienist with excellent care and great communication skills. We prefer a candidate available full-time, 4 days per week (Tuesdays through Fridays).
Working hours are from 8am to 5pm with lunch from noon to 1pm.

Potential bonus opportunies as well.

Responsibilities:

Assist doctor in hygiene treatment planning.
Greet and seat patients warmly.
Update medical hx at each visit. Take necessary x-rays, BP, intra-oral pictures as needed.
Evaluate gingival health, health of all oral tissues, oral cancer screening.
Scale, polish, apply fluoride.
Educate patients on home care instructions, disease processes, periodontal health, provide appropriate education literature.
Schedule patients for continuing care.
Help prepare/breakdown operatory rooms following infection control procedures.
