What You’ll Get:

$55-$60+/hour based on experience and skillset
Generous compensation structure: 30% of adjusted production OR $5 per fluoride, $5 per sealant, and $10 per SRP quad — whichever is greater

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic care — cleanings, SRP, fluoride treatments, and sealants;
Conduct comprehensive exams and assist in detailed patient assessments;
Take and process digital radiographs for accurate diagnostics;
Educate and empower patients with personalized oral hygiene recommendations;
Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation;
Stay current on the latest dental hygiene advancements, tools, and techniques;
Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to deliver seamless patient care.

What You’ll Need:

Active Nebraska RDH License in good standing;
Accredited Dental Hygiene Degree from a recognized program;
Strong clinical proficiency in hygiene procedures and modern dental tools;
Exceptional communication and patient engagement skills;
