Your Role Will Include

• Assisting during fixed, removable, implant, and cosmetic procedures

• Providing warm, attentive care to patients at every step

• Maintaining a pristine operatory and sterilization workflow

• Taking accurate impressions, x-rays, digital scans, and photos

• Collaborating closely with the doctor and lab to ensure seamless outcomes

• Keeping meticulous records and helping patients feel confident in their care

You Might Be Our Dream RDA If You:

• Are a licensed RDA in California

• Have 2+ years of dental assisting experience (prosthodontics or specialty preferred!)

• Are tech-savvy and comfortable with digital workflows and scanners

• Have an eye for detail and a heart for service

• Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally

• Take pride in your work and love helping people feel confident again

Bonus Points If You:

• Are familiar with implant components and restorative protocols

• Have experience working with high-end lab cases
