We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the visitors' first point of contact and provide administrative support across the organization.
*Responsibilities:* - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls promptly- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing - Manage the front desk reception area efficiently - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk- Assist in ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
*Skills:* - Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks- Strong front desk management skills - Excellent calendar management abilities - Customer support experience is a plus- Order entry proficiency - Typing accuracy and speed - Skilled in proofreading documents for accuracy- Ability to maintain organized filing systems This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment with room for growth.
