General Dentist Associate - Ocean Smiles - Township Of Brick, NJ

Ocean Smiles is looking for a part-time general practice dentist to join our non-corporate Brick office. New graduates, as well as experienced dentist are welcome to apply. We are flexible with the days. This could lead to a full time position for the right candidate.
We are looking for a team-oriented Doctor that will grow, learn, and treat our patients with quality care and compassion. We take pride in knowing that our experienced team of professionals offer the highest standard of care by enriching the lives of our patients and the community.
Our office is a FFS/PPO office with well established patients that are in need of dental care. We do not take HMO, DMO, or Medicare plans. As an associate, your schedule will be busy with a variety of dental procedures, including: crowns, fillings, extractions, endo, ortho, and implants (if you want to.)
There is a strong hygiene program in place with 2-3 hygienists per day that will also enable you to fill your schedule with treatment. You will be in control of your schedule in terms of length of appointment times and any side booking for emergencies. Our focus is to provide quality dental care to patients.
The office is equipped with CBCT, 3Shape Trios scanners, Dexis sensors, and intra-oral cameras in every room. We have all the necessary instruments and materials needed to provide quality and efficient dental care and gain case acceptance. We take pride in knowing that we provide the best type of material and technology to our patients.
We have a well trained team of assistants and front desk that will help you provide care. We have an excellent office environment and our reviews show that our patients have a good experience. We will work with you to fill you schedule, complete procedures, and assist with any lab work or cases.
There is ample mentorship available as the owner enjoys teaching and is very detailed oriented. It helps to have a second set of eyes look at complex cases and answer any questions you may have.
We use quality labs to ensure our dental work looks good and patients are satisfied.
We do not have production goals and do not push treatment. As a clinician, you have the freedom to treatment plan and choose the procedures you would like to do.
