At Smoky Mountain Pediatric Dentistry, we believe that healthy smiles begin with happy visits! We're looking for a talented, energetic dental hygienist who loves working with children to join our growing practice with locations in both Alcoa and Lenoir City, Tennessee.
Who We Are:
We're not your average dental office! Our team is dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for our young patients in a fun, engaging environment. From our themed hygiene area to our prize machine, we make dental care an adventure rather than a chore!
What You'll Do (Job description):

Transform anxious frowns into confident smiles
Perform thorough cleanings with a gentle touch
Educate tiny humans (and their grown-ups) about proper oral hygiene
Assist our dentists with various procedures
Help create a positive, nurturing environment for our young patients
Build relationships with families that last through childhood and beyond

What You Need:

Active Tennessee dental hygienist license (required)
Experience administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (preferred)
Genuine love for working with children of all ages
Patience of a saint (some days you'll need it!)
A playful spirit and warm personality
Ability to explain dental concepts in kid-friendly terms
Team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
