Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! Requirements:
∙ Valid RDH License
∙ CPR
∙ X-ray Certificate
∙ 1-3 years clinical experience with hygiene and non-surgical periodontal care
∙ Familiarity with digital x-rays
∙ Competence with licensed duties: prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, administer local anesthesia, sealants, etc.
∙ Comfortable using computers for a variety of tasks.
∙ Experience with Eaglesoft a plus, but not a requirement
∙ Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
∙ Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
∙ Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
∙ Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination
∙ Excellent co-diagnosis talents and great interpersonal skills
∙ Proven ability to follow outlined policies and guidelines
∙ Sterilize dental instruments properly
∙ Monitor supplies
∙ Possess a professional and positive attitude
