Key Responsibilities: Deliver thorough dental hygiene services: scaling, polishing, and preventive treatments Capture and interpret dental x-rays and intraoral photos Conduct comprehensive oral assessments, including charting and periodontal probing Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment options Administer local anesthesia when appropriate Support the dentist during procedures while maintaining a sterile, organized environment Accurately document treatment notes in Eaglesoft Monitor and record vital signs Uphold HIPAA standards and ensure patient confidentiality Review medical histories for accuracy and compliance Collaborate with the dental team to elevate the patient experience Qualifications: Active RDH license CPR certification X-ray certification Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Why Join Us?
