Dental Front Office/Dental Assistant - Lavalliere Dentistry - Morrisville, NC

We're looking for a warm, dependable, and flexible team member to join us in a hybrid role that is 90% front desk and 10% clinical support. If you're someone who loves both patient interaction and a bit of hands-on clinical work, this role could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk (Primary – 90%):

Greet patients warmly—by name and with genuine care
Answer phones, manage the schedule, and coordinate follow-up visits
Verify insurance benefits (for out-of-network plans) and prepare paperwork
Collect payments and handle billing/financial arrangements with professionalism
Manage OSHA and HIPAA compliance
Communicate clearly about treatment plans and next steps
Build meaningful connections with patients and help create a stress-free experience

Dental Assisting (Occasional – 10%):

Take digital X-rays for new patients
Perform intraoral scanning for records, diagnostics, retainers, clear aligners, etc.
See clear aligner patients for progress checks or aligner deliveries
Occasionally assist chairside during days/procedures when extra help is needed

Qualifications:

Familiarity with digital scanning and clear aligner treatment is a plus
Dental assisting experience preferred
Strong, friendly communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanor

We will consider both full-time and part-time applicants.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
