Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an office setting, with strong front desk skills. Experience as a dental assistant or hygienist is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
Perform dental assisting tasks such as preparing instruments, sterilizing equipment, and assisting the dentist during procedures
Maintain patient records and manage office paperwork
Assist with any other office or clinic-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous office or front desk experience is required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience as a dental assistant or hygienist is a plus
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
