We are seeking a dedicated and organized patient care coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience within our dental office. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both patients and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
A solid understanding of dental terminology.
2 + years experience in a dental office is preferred.
Invisalign experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with administrative support functions, including scheduling and record management.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the business office, including greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and overseeing patient flow. Responsibilities also include processing insurance authorizations, verifying patient eligibility for services, reviewing treatment plans, and coordinating financial arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services offered.
Handle phone and email inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as needed.
Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and care.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
