Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and overall well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including performing routine cleanings, fillings and extractions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
SkillsThe successful candidate should possess the following skills:
Comprehensive understanding of anatomy knowledge relevant to dental health.
Proficient in medical terminology and dental terminology for effective communication within the healthcare team.

An ability to communicate in Spanish is desirable. Our clinic serves uninsured and underinsured patients including many seniors.
This is a non-profit clinic partically funded by the Assistance League of Redlands. Dentist working at our clinic are eligible for reduction in student loans (PSLS).
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $575.00 - $600.00 per day
