-Greet/check-in patients and parents
-Scheduling Appointments on Open Dental
-Collecting payments in person and over the phone
-Create detailed invoices, process payments, and keep accurate records for payment collections
-Answering phones (minimal)
-Insurance verification (minimal)
-Work with 3rd party insurance-claim submission service (minimal)
-Present treatments and discuss financial accounts with patients
QUALIFICATIONS

● High school diploma.
● No experience necesary but Office experience and Open Dental experience is preferred.
● Bilingual required
