We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. *
Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the dental clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk operations efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services, ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate medical records and manage patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

Medical office experience, preferably in a dental clinic or urgent care setting
Strong patient service and communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills and medical records management
Familiarity with dental terminology and office management software, such as Open Dental
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and clerical tasks
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
