Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant or Entry level sterilization tech to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic while providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your expertise in dental assisting and familiarity with Dental terminology will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments following aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Take (X-rays) as required.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Dentrix software.
Manage appointment scheduling
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Monitor and record vital signs as needed during patient visits.
Ensure the dental clinic is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental clinic or as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
Familiarity with Dental terminology.
Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is a plus.
Knowledge of Dental imaging techniques is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are essential.
